- Carth Initiate (Everyone role): this is the very first rank in the troupe! They are the beginners, have yet a lot to learn or work hard on, and they will improve and develop their abilities from there! 

 

- Carth Intermediate (An intermediate in the group): by this time, they can already do some things and have learned so many things. It is by this time that they can choose on which area of expertise they will focus on. Will it be acting? Or singing? Or playing an instrument? Or dancing a specific dance? It all depends on them!

 

- Carth Master (An expert in the group, can lead classes/practices): they are the experts. Not the best, as of yet, but definitely able to help their fellow members who are a bit far behind or just joined. They are a guide to them as well, a teacher.

- Carth Dressa (the mastered and best of the group, under the SiC and leader.): they are the mastered and best of the group, under the second in command and the leader. They are what can be called the star of the troupe, part of the group of the best entertainers, which are often called for the most demanding shows. 

These are the dancer roles.

Additional roles:

- Carth Fridnar (bodyguards and staff): they are the staff of the troupe. Servants to help carry props, drive carriages, if need be, protect the entertainers or even guide the people looking for the troupe for a variety of business. They can also be, if opportunity comes, the ambassadors of the troupe.

- Carth Maski (the actors of the troupe): they are of the art of theatre. An actor or actress. They are needed in plays, musical acts and stories to anyone in the realm who wishes to see their talent.

- Carth Bard (bards and singers): they are the bards or singers of the troupe, experienced and mastered in the musical arts. The troupe would be nothing without them.

- Carth Praecuro - The Second in Command (SiC). This person will act as leader when the leader is not around.

- Carthrernya Mnid - The leader of the group.

 

 

How to Rank up

 

 

Simple tasks, quests set by the leader, or even if you give light to the troupe by displaying yourself as a member will count as active dedication, and give you reason to rank up! Same goes for recruiting, helping ICly and OOCly, and, of course, frequent activity in rehearsals and shows. The more the better!
