Sources of Magic
This is a list of certain magic fields to give an idea of what maybe best to suit a player. These are only examples and not all may be listed here. However this list can change.So far we have sources of magic, different sources in which magic can be drawn:
~Leylines~: these are the streams of energy that flow under our feet. It is the most commonly tapped in source of magic. Most mages will draw their power from these Leylines.
~Inner Mana~: What is coined as "Inner Mana" is the use of drawing upon yourself to cast a spell. these usually have drawbacks in excess, This is its own energy, And overuse can fatigue yourself for long periods of time.
~Celestial Bodies~: Celestial bodies is the focus of Astral Magic and similar fields. These are pools of energy drawn on by a mage to cast a spell that is within the Celestial Body's capabilities.
~Divines~: Divines are a holy-based magic that is drawn on by people who follow a certian god or goddess. This is usually blessed upon the individual to draw on in moderate amounts.
~Infernal~: Infernal magic is drawn from here. The Demonic magic is drawn from the Infernal Plane.
~Life Energy~: It uses energy drawn from living things to create a spell. Necromancy draws from it, as a perversion of intention.
~Ethereal Realm~: Magic used from the plane of the afterlife. Spirits and anything touched as a spirit can be cast from this. It is an almost exclusive source of magic.
Above are just basic ideas on where to draw magic energy from, the source. It may change in the future.
Schools of Magic
Below are some ideas for schools of magic. Certain fields of effects and where it is drawn from.
~Abjuration~: Abjurators, they are called. This Field specializes in protection magic. Charms, Wards, barriers. All the spells in this field are made to protect. These often draw from Leylines, Divines or Celestial Bodies.

~Conjuration:~ Conjurers they are called. This school focuses on Summoning and Elemental wards. This school is not easy to learn, and is advised to learn about before delving into. Conjuration can draw from Infernal, Leylines and rarely, inner mana.

~Divination:~Diviners they are called. The school of Divination is a field of magic that focuses on information and deciphering. Scrying falls under this field. This field is used to uncover information hidden away in secrets. The school draws from Leylines, Divines, or Celestial Bodies.

~Enchanting:~ Is considered a school. Enchanters are what they are called. A hard school to learn, this field focuses on enchantments and charms. This field is varied and usually draws from all sources.

~Evocation:~ Evokers. This is the most common of fields. It focuses on drawing from a source to produce something of equal power. WIzards, Warlocks, and most offensive spells are from this field. Like Enchanting, it can draw from all sources of magic.

~Illusion:~ Illusionists. This field draws upon sources of magic to fool interpretation. It uses illusions to thwart, detour, or confuse targets. A difficult school to master, this school draws often upon Leylines.

~Necromancy:~ Necromancers. Often seen as taboo this field of magic specializes in life energy. It is the Magical personification of Death and Defilement. Seen as taboo by many, this school has the highest personal cost to become fluent in. They can Draw from the Infernal or Life Magic pools.

~Transmutation:~Transmuters. this is a school of magic that is mixed with science of chemistry. It does not draw on many sorces. Mostly it is to turn one item into another of equal value. Or Multiple objects into one of equal value. It can also alter objects into other things. One of the most difficult schools to master. The Magic itself is drawn from Leylines, or their inner Mana.

~Universal~ No real names are given to these. It is a catergory in which spells do not fall under a specific field. All magic here is drawn from all sources.

~Etherealists:~ This magic is exclusive to the Spirits and creatures that have been Spirit-touched. It uses magic drawn from the Afterlife to produce an effect. The school is very dangerous and often, to a foolish person, can lead to death and Becoming lost in the Ethereal Realm. This draws exclusively from the Ethereal Magic pool.
