Elven Ranks

Tari/Aran: Queen or King of the elves. He or she oversees all that goes on in Calen'Eryn. Appoints members of the elven council and governs day to day with their advice.

Minya: Regent, second to the Tari/Aran. Governs the city in his or her absence. First among the councilors who advise the Tari/Aran.

Kano: The captain of the guard and peacekeeper of the city. He or she oversees the warriors and rangers of the city. Sits on the elven council.

Meiva: The city’s chief ambassador. He or she represents the city in all meetings or negotiations with other kingdoms or groups within the realm. Sits on the elven council.

Val’istar: The city’s archmagus who oversees all elven magic users and healers. Sits on the elven council.

Ohtar: The elven army, both melee and ranged. The army also contains an elite corps of warriors skilled in espionage, infiltration and other special combat skills.

Faer: The magic users and healers of the kingdom.

Tyss: Cousin of Calen'Eryn. This is the general citizens’ title.
