Seavale Culture and Law
The Kingdom itself was primarily taken during wartime by Humans, but upon the battles' climax, those gates were never again closed to a soul in need. Only those who had proven traitorous, or otherwise against the new rulers were turned away. The City now bustles with life from all walks, in all forms. Humans dwell along side Elves and Goblins alike; all of whom have opted to put aside a life of darkness, in favor of a life within the relative safety and warmth of Seavale. A multicultural city, and a huge draw for those seeking employment.
The King of Seavale is just a man, and court is held when a crime is committed. War will not be dictated, and a war council will always be called during said times. Criminals are not tolerated, and are treated fairly until the King's justice has prevailed, and they are sentenced (or otherwise). It is believed that he rules with an iron fist, and with a mind toward being fair, and listening contently.
It is a metropolis, sprawling with different accents and tongues.
